Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Social Media Strategist who can build solid digital presence, drive engagement, and generate measurable business growth through structured content and performance strategies.

This role goes beyond content posting. We are seeking someone who understands brand positioning, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and conversion funnels — and can turn content into tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create monthly and quarterly content calendars
- Conduct competitor analysis and trend research
- Define KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, lead generation, and conversions

Content Creation & Direction
- Create engaging, high-quality content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Write compelling captions, hooks, storytelling posts,



and campaign copies
- Plan reels, carousels, short-form videos, and educational content
- Collaborate with designers and video editors for creative execution
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and positioning

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and ad copies
- Improve campaign ROI and cost per lead (CPL)

Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Use insights to refine content and advertising strategies
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends

Personal Branding & Business Growth
- Develop and execute founder/personal brand strategies (if required)
- Build structured content funnels for inbound leads
