Job Summary: Responsible for managing inventory, receiving supplies, and ensuring proper storage of food and beverage items to support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels of food and beverage items regularly
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders
- Maintain stock registers, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and issue logs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
