_Job Description_
- To identify new designers & best collections for the store.
- To identify the right mix of designers and acquire merchandise from the designers for the store.
- Attend to customer queries regarding orders and influence store sales.
- Assist sales associates in driving store sales.
- Planning and monitoring of stock for stores.
- To ensure immediate and proper display of the stock on the floor.
- Visual merchandising of the store.
- Planning and monitoring of stock for promotions & events.
- Coordinate with designers for quick resolution of customer order queries.
- Identification of the stocks, which have to be returned to the designer.
- Adhere to SOPs of merchandising operations. Follow all merchandising documentation procedures.
- To maintain positive relations with the designers, customers, and colleagues.




- Addressing and maintaining a database of new and existing designers.
- Conduct periodic stock audits in coordination with store teams.
- Send periodic stock and other special reports to management.

- Must have relevant experience or understanding of fashion & luxury retail.
- Must have good knowledge of fabric and keen interest in designer wear.
- Must have customer service orientation.
- Must be proactive and a keen learner.
- Must be a team player.
