Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum guidelines, ensuring alignment with the school's objectives and educational standards.

2. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.

3. Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, mutual respect, and collaboration among students.

4. Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents on their progress.

5. Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and ensure a safe and productive learning workplace.

6. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on current trends in mathematics education.

7. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress,



academic performance, and any concerns or issues that may arise.

8. Participate in school events, meetings, and committees as required, contributing to the overall development and success of the school community.

9. Demonstrate a willingness to relocate, if necessary, to fulfill the requirements of the position.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or Mater’s degree in Mathematics

2. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification from a recognized institution.

3. A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school, preferably at the secondary level.

4. Proficiency in using technology tools and educational software to enhance instruction and facilitate student learning.

5. Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, collaboration, and empathy.

6. Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a love for mathematics and achieve their full potential academic
