You will be responsible for creating visual and video content across Instagram, YouTube, ads, and website.

This is not a brochure-design role.

You will work on:
- Short-form video content (Reels)
- Performance ad creatives
- Brand visuals
- On-ground shoot execution

You will also support pre-production planning and content execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing (Primary Skill)
- Edit Instagram reels and YouTube videos
- Add text overlays, transitions, pacing for retention
- Work on fast turnaround edits for ads
- Repurpose long content into short clips

2. Graphic Design
- Create ad creatives (Meta ads, thumbnails, social posts)
- Maintain clean, mínimal brand design
- Avoid cluttered, brochure-style layouts

3. Pre-Production + Shoot Support
- Assist in planning shoots (locations, shots, flow)
- Coordinate basic shoot setup (camera framing, angles, lighting)
- Guide on what shots are needed for editing

4. Content Execution
- Work with content strategist to execute scripts
- Understand hook, pacing, and retention basics
- Adapt trends into brand-secure content





Tools & Skills Required

Must Have:
- Video editing: Filmora / LumaFusion / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Canva Pro (or equivalent design tools)
- Understanding of reel formats (hooks, cuts, retention)

Good to Have:
- Basic shooting knowledge (framing, angles, lighting)
- Motion graphics / basic VFX (highlighting areas, maps, overlays)

Bonus (High Priority):
- Generative AI tools:
- ElevenLabs (voice)
- HeyGen / Kling / Higgsfield (AI video)
- Ability to experiment and integrate AI into content workflow

What This Role Is Not
- Not a static designer role
- Not only editing raw footage
- Not a “wait for instructions” job
