Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete sales and operational activities of the academy
- Handle incoming leads and convert them into admissions:
- Perform regular follow-ups and calls with prospective students:
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets:
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with the training team for smooth daily operations
- Provide course information and counseling to potential students

Requirements:
✔ 5-7 years experience in sales, admissions, or operations
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✔ Passionate about sales targets and conversions
✔ Experience in lead calling and follow-up management
✔ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and team coordination
✔ Prior experience in education, training institute, or beauty academy is a plus
