Job Overview:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound & inbound calls for lead conversion
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales effectively
- Provide detailed information about services, courses, and offers:
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets:
- Update and manage CRM / Excel data accurately
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain high level of client satisfaction and relationship building:
- Coordinate with counseling and sales team for closures
- Track and report lead status and conversion performance:
- Ensure call quality, discipline, and time management
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,468.60 - ₹25,574.86 per month
