Responsibilities

Export Documentation
- Prepare complete and accurate export documentation for tile shipments, aligned with customer instructions and regulatory norms.
- Review documents carefully to avoid discrepancies that may cause customs delays or bank rejections.
- Maintain structured digital and physical document files shipment-wise and customer-wise.
- Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, inspection agencies.

Logistics & Dispatch Support
- Assist in planning dispatch schedules based on production readiness and vessel timelines.
- Coordinate container booking, vehicle placement, and factory dispatch activities.
- Support container loading and stuffing coordination, ensuring proper packing standards for tiles.
- Track shipments after dispatch and communicate status updates internally and externally.

internal & External Coordination
- Act as a link between production, quality, packaging, and logistics teams.
- Communicate shipment and document details clearly with overseas customers.
- Escalate risks related to delays, missing information,



or documentation gaps in a timely manner.

Competencies Required

Professional Competencies
- Solid command over export documentation fundamentals
- Practical understanding of logistics flow for heavy or fragile export cargo
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and process discipline
- Working knowledge of commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, and shipping instructions
