Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company executives, staff, and visitors as required
- Drive company vehicles for official business, meetings, and site visits
- Deliver and collect office documents, packages, and supplies
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle
- Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires)
- Report vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company driving policies
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and activities

Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid professional driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a company or professional driver
- Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations




- Ability to drive safely in various weather and traffic conditions
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Honest, reliable, and well-presented
- Willingness to work overtime when required

Preferred Skills
- Experience driving executives or corporate staff

Working Conditions
- Full-time position
- May require extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Office-based with frequent travel
