About the Job Profile
1. Understanding the company's product features and flows.
2. Managing on-boarding for customers post-sales
3. Management of support calls / messages from customers.
4. Proactive calling of customers to seek feedback on product usage.
5. Assisting the sales and operations teams with customer priorities for important product upgrades / updates.

Documentation of help documents and videos for customers.
7. Assistance with appropriate copy for product marketing campaigns.
1. Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
2. Excellent written communication skills (English).
3. Completed their bachelors.
4. Basic knowledge on IT software services.
5. Very good time management skills.
6. The ability to proactive manage any customer issues.
