Salary: ₹4 - 7 LPA + Incentives

Shift: Night Shift (9 PM - 5 AM, flexible 8 hours)

Location: Shapath V, SG Highway, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws, work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, etc.), and HR policies.
- Track and manage applicant data using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in US recruitment/staffing.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, work permits, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring with a focus on quality.




- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
