As a Pre Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children aged 3 to 5. You will provide a protected and stimulating environment where young learners can explore and grow their skills and knowledge through play and structured activities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and document children's progress and development.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
- Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Promote positive behavior and classroom management.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.





Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- State certification or licensure for pre-primary teaching.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing disposition.
