Job Description:
Good Knowledge of Electrical Maintenace in Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance for machine shop like CNC. HMC VMC, SPM, MILLING MACHINES.

Experience in Installation and commissioning of CNC systems of Siemens 840D, 840Dsl,828D.

Handle and solve problem in VFD controllers, Automation system (PLC, HMI and OP’s)

Attend & resolve on time Electrical Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of CNC, VMC & HMC machines. Work experience in Scales, Linear,



Absolute Encoders and band saw machines.

Programming Knowledge of Siemens make S7300, S71200 & S71500 PLC.s, TIA portal and OP HMI’s.

Experience in Maintenance in EOT Cranes of at least 150 T capacity. Involve in daily work management, Maintenance records, Calibration of Equipment’s, Spare Management and Upgradation of outdated technologies and Systems.

Maintain and control DPP’s, ISO systems and Safety standards.

Functional knowledge of Hydraulic System, Valves, Electrical and Gas Fired Furnaces.

Able to manage team of Engineer & Associates.

Effective communication, Positive Analytical skills are essential.
