Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Create and refine formulas for soaps (bar, liquid), detergents, gels, and related personal/home care items, considering market trends and customer needs.
- Research & Testing: Conduct lab experiments, stability tests, performance evaluations, and research new ingredients, technologies, and eco-friendly options.
- Production Support: Scale up lab formulas to plant level, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, monitor quality, and provide training to production teams.
- Quality Control: Perform chemical analyses, ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, BIS), and maintain documentation for formulations, tests, and batches.
- Raw Material Management: Select and evaluate raw materials (oils, surfactants, builders, fragrances) and manage supply/inventory.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, maintaining clean and safe lab/plant conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
