Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor (Building Materials)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site installation of wall panels, gypsum boards, partitions, and drywalls.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for daily execution.
- Ensure proper material handling, site readiness, and safety compliance.
- Conduct quality checks during and after installation to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers for smooth handover.
- Troubleshoot in office issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within project timelines.
- Minimum 2 years of on-site experience in building materials (wall paneling, gypsum board installation, partitions, dry construction).




- Good understanding of construction practices, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read basic drawings and layout plans.
- Strong site coordination and team supervision skills.
- Basic computer and report documentation skills.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil / Construction (preferred).
