Job Title: MIS Executive - Google Sheets Automation

Job Type - Full-time | Office-based
Location - Surat, Gujarat
Working Hours - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary - ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with robust Google Sheets and automation skills to manage data, reports, and internal systems. The role involves both day-to-day MIS work and automation of repetitive processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage MIS reports (sales, purchase, stock, follow-ups)
- Create and manage Google Sheets dashboards
- Automate reports and workflows using Google Sheets & Apps Script
- Integrate Google Forms with Sheets for data collection
- Reduce manual data entry through automation
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting




- Coordinate with sales/accounts team for data requirements

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots)
- Working knowledge of Google Apps Script
- Experience in report automation
- Good understanding of data structuring & logic
- Advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF,Pivot)

Experience
- 1-3 years in MIS / Data / Reporting role
- Manual-only Excel users need not apply.
- Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc/ B.Tech preferred)
- Relevant skills and hands-on experience will be given priority over formal degree

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
