We are seeking a dedicated IT Executive with hands-on knowledge of desktop support, server management, and networking to ensure smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide software troubleshooting and resolve daily IT-related issues.
- Handle end-user support, track user misuse, and ensure IT policy adherence.
- Diagnose and resolve user-level hardware, software, and network problems.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for server, network, hardware, and software support.
- Manage and monitor Windows Server environment.
- Configure and manage Active Directory (AD), user accounts, and group policies.
- Manage virtual servers using VMware and Hyper-V.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, and basic firewall coordination.
- Configure and maintain DHCP, DNS, and file-sharing services.
- Perform server backups, basic monitoring, and ensure data security.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.

Required Technical Skills




- Knowledge of:
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022 preferred)
- Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
- VMware / Hyper-V virtualization
- LAN, WAN, basic networking
- PC, printer & system setup
- Microsoft Outlook & MS 365
- Software troubleshooting & user support

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of server security & access control
- Backup and restore procedures
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and ISPs
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification
- Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
