Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential leads through voice calls.
- Understand individual health goals, concerns, and challenges through meaningful conversations. And pass the hot lead to the counselors
- Classify the leads follow up with the warm leads with a idea to convert them into hot or move them into cold.
- Work on the responses on Ads and WhatsApp marketing as per set protocol of engagement.
- Help the team achieve sales target.
