Job Title: Preschool Counselor

Job Summary:
The Preschool Counselor supports the emotional and social development of children aged 3-5. They provide individual and group counseling, observe behavior, collaborate with teachers and parents, and implement strategies to promote mental well-being in a nurturing learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and emotional support to preschoolers.
- Observe and assess children’s behavior and development.
- Lead social-emotional learning activities.
- Partner with teachers and families to address developmental concerns.
- Coordinate referrals for specialized services when needed.

Qualifications:
- Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Relevant licensure or certification.
- Experience working with young children.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Academic counseling: 1 year (required)
