Operating across 3 campuses in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi, TEACH redefines conventional education. Our specialized Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program is meticulously crafted to fit the unique needs of deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Our vibrant community comprises over 600+ students who excel in both academics and skill development. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Accounts & Finance

courses, aligned with IGNOU.

2. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to

promote active participation and critical thinking.

3. Deliver quality instruction that effectively communicates complex concepts.

4. Utilize a variety of assessment tools and techniques to measure student





understanding and progress, providing timely feedback to support growth and

achievement.

5. Develop a positive and inclusive classroom workplace where all students feel

valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.

6. Integrate technology and real-world examples into lessons.

7. Stay current with developments in the field and educational best practices.

8. Maintain accurate records of academic performance, attendance and other relevant

data.

9. Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of academic programs.

10. Class teacher roles and responsibility.

Academics:

Experience:
