Role Summary
The Membership Engagement and Growth Officer will be responsible for expanding CEAI’s membership base, strengthening engagement with existing members, and building long-term relationships with engineering firms, individual professionals, and allied stakeholders. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic initiatives to promote CEAI’s value proposition, improve member experience, and support the Membership Committee in achieving growth and retention objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Growth & Campaigns:Plan and implement targeted membership acquisition campaigns, connecting with consulting engineering firms, - industry professionals, and institutional partners across India.
- Onboarding & Retention: Manage the end-to-end member lifecycle—from onboarding and orientation to renewals and re-engagement of dormant members.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and updated member database; track membership trends and ensure data integrity in line with CEAI’s digital systems.
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare membership dashboards,
analyse trends in recruitment and retention, and submit periodic reports with actionable insights the Membership Committee.
- Partnerships & Outreach:Build connections with industry bodies, academic institutions, and corporate partners to enhance. member visibility and develop collaboration opportunities.
Committee Support:Provide secretarial and operational support to the Membership Committee, including preparation of reports, minutes, and follow-up on assigned action points.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in coordination and stakeholder relationship management.
- Experience with database systems, data entry accuracy, and analysis.
- Skilled in digital communication tools and social media promotion.
Demonstrated follow-up discipline and process accountability.
