Job Title: Tele Counselor

Campus: Amity University Patna

A Tele Counselor is responsible for counseling prospective students and parents over the phone regarding university programs, admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and campus facilities, with the objective of student enrollment and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, fees, scholarships, and key dates.
- Counsel students to help them choose suitable academic programs based on their interests and qualifications.
- Follow up with leads generated through website, advertisements, walk-ins, and campaigns.
- Maintain and update student data in CRM/ERP systems.
- Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, and online meetings when required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and enrollment targets.
- Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally and politely.
- Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive image of the university.
- Generate reports related to calls, follow-ups, and admissions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
