Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (US Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruitment or US staffing experience:
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.):
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills:
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Ability to work night shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST) consistently
