We are looking for an experienced and responsible Debt Collection Field Supervisor to manage and supervise field collection operations across the Tricity region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide field collection executives
- Ensure timely recovery and daily target achievement
- Maintain customer follow-ups and field reports
- Coordinate with management for collection strategies
Requirements:
- Experience in field collections / recovery preferred
- DRA Certified
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Tricity routes and areas
- Two-wheeler & smartphone mandatory
