e are looking for a Sales Coordinator & Customer Support Manager to support our sales team, coordinate daily sales activities, monitor targets, handle customer communication, and ensure smooth follow-up of payments and orders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities of sales executives:
- Track and monitor monthly & daily sales targets:
- Collect sales reports from field sales executives
- Follow up on new enquiries, quotations, and orders

Online & Customer Communication
- Conduct and coordinate online meetings (Zoom / Google Meet / WhatsApp calls)
- Provide product details, order status, and dispatch updates
- Act as a bridge between sales team, production, and accounts

Outstanding & Payment Follow-up
- Follow up on outstanding payments with dealers and customers
- Coordinate with accounts department for payment updates
- Maintain records of credit,



collections, and pending amounts

Customer Support & After-Sales
- Handle customer complaints and service requests
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer database and communication records

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales coordination reports
- Maintain MIS reports, follow-up sheets, and sales trackers
- Update management on sales performance and issues

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,206.22 - ₹18,000.00 per month
