Job Role

As part of the Production team, you play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of post -production projects from brief to final output. You will manage the end-to-end post-production process, partnering closely with creative, technical, and broadcast teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Acting as the key point of contact for clients and agencies, you will oversee scheduling, resource planning, cost tracking, and feedback management, while ensuring production workflows and standards are consistently met. With a solid understanding of commercial post-production environments,



you will focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, while contributing to the growth of capabilities and long -term client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure production workflow is adhered to and define, communicate and enforce production standards.
- Work with Broadcast Production Team to make sure that the assigned projects are produced to a high Creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
- Arrange briefings with client/agency, find out proposed budget, agree a quote, assign lead operators, book suite time, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback, track costs and manage project progress.
- Be responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct place.
