Key Responsibilities
- Attend training sessions and learn company processes
- Assist seniors/team leads in day-to-day tasks
- Communicate with clients/students/customers as required
- Maintain basic documentation and reports
- Support coordination between departments
- Follow work guidelines and meet daily targets
- Learn software/tools used in the company (training provided)
