The Guest Relations Executive ensures exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, addressing concerns, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests courteously
- Assist guests with reservations and seating
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain guest feedback and satisfaction records
- Coordinate with service and management teams
- Promote services, offers, and events to guests
- Ensure guests have a pleasant overall experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
