A pan-India NGO working with leading Indian corporates on aspirational skill development, livelihoods for youth (especially women) in technical and service sectors, and education enrichment for school students.

Position Details

Position: Mobiliser - Bankura
Location:Field Work (Work from Office + Field / Remote as required) at Bankura

Job Nature: Full-time
Employment Type: Regular / Contractual

Key Responsibilities:
- Field mobilisation through community outreach, referrals, NGOs, SHGs, and local networks

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in mobilisation, sourcing, or bulk hiring
- Strong local network and ground-level mobilisation skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint):
- Fluency in Bengali (spoken & written) is mandatory
- Willingness to travel to other cities if required
