Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and user requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the mobile app & web product backlog in alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner in defining the product roadmap and feature priorities.
- Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for current features.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, metrics, and analytics to suggest product improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation for requirements, workflows, and release notes.

Education

Essential

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred

Certification or coursework in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.





Experience

Essential
- 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.

Preferred
- Experience in an EdTech environment or with SaaS-based platforms.
- Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar Agile management platforms.

Technical Skills

Essential
- Understanding of mobile app & web development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with app & web analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Preferred
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of APIs and integration processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, or Confluence.
