Be responsible for the optimal performance of the E-Vehicle with Mobile App integration.
- Ensure that fleet operations team, SPros are able to give superior customer experience without any complaints from Customers.
- Customer Follow up with Zero escalations.
- Customer MIS Updates on daily Basis
- Spros &Vehicle; On time Reports to Customer Point.
- DayEndupdate completed task and pending task with remarks
- Escalating the incidents to the reporting manager promptly. -Handle Customer Escalations or other communications.
- Keep the Customer MIS updated with latest information to handle any customer queries or escalation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
