Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries professionally
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international tour packages (priority requirement)
- Create, customize, and price travel packages as per client requirements
- Provide detailed information on international destinations, itineraries, inclusions, and exclusions
- Coordinate with vendors for hotels, flights, transfers, and sightseeing
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to convert leads into bookings
- Handle end-to-end client servicing, from enquiry to post-travel support
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or tour operations
- Solid package knowledge is mandatory
- Valuable understanding of international destinations and visa requirements
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Sales-driven mindset with negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
