Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Officers to support the retail launch of our wheat-based food products (Atta, Maida, Sooji, Rava). The role involves daily market visits, retailer onboarding, order collection, and supporting distributor sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit kirana stores, wholesalers, and small retailers daily
- Onboard new retail outlets in assigned territory
- Take orders and ensure timely dispatch through distributor
- Promote schemes and new product launches
- Ensure product availability and basic in-store visibility
- Collect market and competitor information




- Coordinate with distributor for payment follow-ups
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports
- 1-4 years experience in FMCG retail sales
- Experience in staples (atta, rice, grocery) preferred
- Solid local market knowledge
- Willing to work in field extensively
- Own two-wheeler with valid license
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi

Compensation
- Fixed salary + monthly performance incentives
- Travel and field expenses reimbursed

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
