About the Role

You will be responsible for shaping our social media presence through high-impact concepts, compelling storytelling, and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Conceptualization
- Develop original content concepts for reels, videos, and posts
- Create platform-specific content strategies based on format performance
- Decide what content formats will work and what will not
- Translate brand objectives into engaging social media narratives

Copywriting & Scriptwriting
- Write scripts for reels, short-form videos, ads, and influencer content
- Craft high-engagement hooks, captions, and storytelling formats
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and messaging
- Edit and refine copy for clarity, impact, and engagement

Social Media Execution
- Manage content from idea to publishing.
- Coordinate with video editors and designers to ensure timely delivery
- Brief editors clearly and review outputs for quality and accuracy
- Ensure consistency in content flow and posting schedules

Shoot Planning & Coordination




- Plan and coordinate content shoots (in-house or outdoor)
- Assist in guiding shoots to ensure content requirements are met
- Understand basic framing, storytelling, and reel-style aesthetics
- Ensure shoots are executed efficiently and aligned with content goals

Platform Awareness & Relevance
- Stay updated on evolving social media formats and audience behavior
- Adapt content based on platform performance insights
- Balance trend awareness with original, brand-led content creation

What We Are Not Looking For
- Trend-dependent creators without original thinking
- Copywriters with no execution or coordination experience

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust writing and storytelling skills
- Proven experience in social media content creation
- Ability to conceptualize and execute content independently
- Experience working with editors, designers, or creators
- Strong communication and coordination skills
