Support and delight Rocket’s global users by delivering exceptional assistance and creating meaningful user experiences.

Your Mission
- Guide users smoothly through onboarding and initial setup
- Resolve user issues quickly with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Collect user feedback and share actionable insights with the product team
- Create positive support experiences that build trust and long-term loyalty

You Have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High patience and empathy while solving user problems




- Curiosity and willingness to deeply learn Rocket’s product and educate users
- Positive energy to turn user frustration into delight

Good to Have
- Experience working in SaaS-based support roles
- Exposure to supporting global users across different time zones and cultures
