The School Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of academic and administrative activities within the school. The role involves coordinating between teachers, students, parents, and the school management to promote a positive learning setting and uphold school standards.

Key Responsibilities:Academic Coordination
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring the school’s academic calendar.
- Coordinate lesson plans, timetables, and curriculum implementation with teachers.
- Monitor and support teachers in maintaining academic quality and classroom management.
- Organize assessments, examinations, and academic records.
- Facilitate teacher training and professional development programs.

Administrative Duties
- Maintain school records, reports, and communication logs.
- Support the Principal in managing school operations and schedules.
- Coordinate school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Supervise attendance, discipline,



and safety protocols for students.
- Handle communication between staff, parents, and management effectively.

Student Support
- Oversee student welfare and help resolve student issues in collaboration with teachers and counselors.

Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a link between school management, teachers, students, and parents.
- Communicate important announcements and updates effectively.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and school boards when required.
- Encourage student participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure discipline and a positive school culture among students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
