EXPERIENCE IN OT ,ICU AND WARD IS PREFERRED (FRESHERS ARE ALSO WELCOME).

REGISTRATION IN TAMILNADU NURSING AND MIDWIVES COUNCIL IS MANDATORY.

Patient Care & Clinical Duties
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
- Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition; report abnormalities promptly.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as per doctor’s orders and hospital protocols.
- Perform nursing procedures maintaining asepsis and safety standards.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.

Documentation & Communication
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, and patient records.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams.

Safety, Quality & Infection Control
- Follow infection prevention and control practices.




- Ensure patient safety, fall prevention, and pressure injury prevention.
- Report incidents, near misses, and adverse events as per policy.

Equipment & Unit Management
- Ensure proper use and care of medical equipment and consumables.
- Check crash carts, emergency drugs, and supplies regularly.

Qualified Responsibilities
- Adhere to nursing ethics, confidentiality, and hospital SOPs.
- Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement activities.
- Support accreditation requirements (NABH).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
