About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end lead management received from the marketing team
- Connect with clients, understand architectural and interior design requirements
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions:
- Prepare concept ideas, layouts, and design proposals
- Coordinate with internal design and execution teams
- Nurture leads, follow up regularly, and close deals independently:
- Take ownership of revenue generation through architectural projects:
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure smooth handover from design finalization to execution stage

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design
- Proven experience in client interaction and deal closure:
- Strong understanding of architectural planning, interior design concepts, and materials
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills:




- Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead to closure:
- Revenue-oriented mindset with design expertise
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar
