Key Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital & performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &
Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage lead generation campaigns and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
- Ensure all marketing communication strictly follows company brand guidelines (visuals, tone, messaging, and

positioning)
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar for social media, campaigns, blogs, and promotions
- Develop content scripts for reels, videos, ads, webinars, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with design, video, and digital teams to execute brand-aligned creatives
- Support SEO and content marketing initiatives to improve organic reach and visibility
- Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead handover, follow-ups, and conversions
- Monitor, track, and maintain leads data, MIS, and performance reports
- Participate in branding activities, promotional events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives




- Maintain valuable relationships with clients, vendors, associates, and channel partners
- Assist in travel coordination and arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) for management and team, as required

Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and brand consistency
- Experience in content planning, scripting, and content calendars
- Hands-on exposure to lead generation and demand generation
- Understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
- Ability to analyze data and prepare campaign performance reports & MIS
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
