Job Role & Responsibilites:
This role will help execute social media strategies that align with the company’s vision, brand values, and long-term marketing goals.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Support the execution of social media strategies aligned with brand vision and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to help build an engaged online community.
- Assist in managing campaign-related social media activities (festive, seasonal, brand campaigns).
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Prepare basic reports on social media performance and share insights with the team.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or any related field.




- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Awareness of brand tone, audience behavior, and content consistency.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced setting.
- Good written communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
- Internship or hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Completion of a digital marketing or social media course.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or basic content editing apps.
