Introduction:
This position is mainly to be responsible for all functionalities related to Export / Domestic Dispatch and logistics activities.
What you’ll do:
Good knowledge is required for shipment tracking, fumigation and container handling.
Good knowledge is required for export shipment handling
Commercial invoice and packing list preparation for export shipments.
Good skill of communication with customers and freight forwarder /CHA.
E-Waybill generation
Have a good knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of Material packing/loading/unloading
Understanding of material handling




Better Coordination with Procurement & Production team effectively
Planning & organizing day to day activities in dispatch as per master dispatch plan.
Manpower handling to complete the job on time.
Should be able to foresee critical activities & prioritise accordingly.
Good communication skills both oral & writing
Good Sap knowledge in SD module for invoicing & generation of packing list.
Good MS office knowledge - Ms word, Ms excel
Fair knowledge about vehicles, their specification
Able to work in adverse condition i.e when there is work load.
Who you are:
Engineering degree / Diploma in any stream.
Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in Export Dispatch & Documentation
Minimum 1 ~2 years’ experience in SAP Valuable Communication Skills
Computer literacy is essential - Ms Excel, Word & Power Point.
Experience in SAP R/3 PP & MM Module, Trouble shooting
Good Communication Skills
Driver and self-starter.
Strong customer service ski
