together industry and academic experts to drive the creation of inclusive digital solutions, public goods, and

systems that improve the delivery of public services.

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. You

will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to craft user journeys that make citizen

centric products seamless and delightful to use.
- Conduct and assist in user research (User interviews, surveys, competitive analysis) and usability testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, personas and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and user needs
- Support in developing user personas and journey maps
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:




- 0-2 years of experience in UX/UI design (internship or personal projects count)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic knowledge of user research, design thinking, and usability principles
- Excellent at portfolio presentation showcasing UX work, case studies, and your design process
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of UI Design Principles - Typography, layout, color theory
- Ability to take feedback and iterate effectively

Bonus Skills - Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Notion, or Jira
- Experience with accessibility design principles (WCAG)
- Interest in UI animations or micro-interactions

Salary and Duration:
duration of the job will be equal to the duration of the project and co-terminus with the project.The position is
