9. Handling Operations part as wellon customers' requests.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,



complaints, comments, as well as actions taken.

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated authority for further investigation.

Addition of recent Clients and retention of existing clients.

Make reports on Excel, work on portals, Google sheets.

Take orders and make Invoice of finalized ones.
