Job Overview

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and results-driven Sales Executive to represent an exclusive luxury residential development at Pali Hill, Bandra West. The role demands strong client-handling skills, deep understanding of premium buyers, and the ability to close high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, referred, and pre-scheduled HNI / UHNI clients at the project site
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and apartment walkthroughs with confidence and finesse
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to booking and documentation coordination
- Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and client communication diligently
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, and accounts teams for smooth closures




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets:
- Uphold the brand image and exclusivity of the project at all times
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with high-profile clientele

Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills:
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
- In-depth knowledge of Mumbai real estate, especially Bandra / South Mumbai markets
- Experience in handling luxury pricing, negotiations, and closures:
- Proficient in English and Hindi:
- Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
