Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations & Technical Work:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, attributes, categories).
- Ensure product listings comply with each marketplace’s policies, category requirements, and SEO best practices.
- Manage inventory feeds, stock reconciliations, and product variations (SKUs, bundles, variants).
- Advertising & Promotions
- Create, monitor, and optimize sponsored ad campaigns (PPC) across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Track ad performance, adjust bids/keywords, and report on ROI and ACOS/COS.
- Plan and execute promotional activities (deals, coupons, lightning sales, platform-specific campaigns).
- Seller Support & Technical Tasks
- Create and manage cases/tickets with marketplace support teams to resolve listing, account, or order-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems (listing suppression, account health, chargebacks, product delisting).
- Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, logistics, content, design, compliance) and external marketplace support.




- Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients/sellers; respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular operational updates and performance reports.
- Offer actionable recommendations to clients to grow their e-commerce business.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor sales, conversion, CTR, impressions, returns, cancellations, and other KPIs.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and present insights and improvement plans.
- Identify growth opportunities (new products, category expansion, pricing strategy).
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of SOPs, listing guidelines, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain positive account health.
