Job Role Summary:
The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls, supporting lead generation initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain accurate records of interactions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote the company’s products and services.

2.



Generate and qualify leads in line with defined business objectives.

3. Conduct structured and timely follow-ups to convert leads into potential business opportunities.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in internal systems.

5. Address basic customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

6. Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

7. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:
1. 2-3 years of prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or a related role is mandatory (experience in the solar/renewable energy domain is an added advantage).

2. Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

3. Basic understanding of customer handling and sales support processes.
