We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and creative Activity Coordinator to lead our vibrant campus life from Grade 1 through Grade 12.

The Role

As our Activity Coordinator, you aren’t just planning events; you are crafting the "Euro Experience." You will be the architect of school spirit, overseeing everything from daily high-tech assemblies to massive alumni galas and Parent-Teacher Meetings. If you are a master of logistics with a creative soul, we want you.

Key Responsibilities
- Visionary Planning: Design and manage the Yearly Activity Planner, ensuring a balanced mix of academic, cultural, and competitive events.
- Event Masterclass: Lead the end-to-end execution of school events, including logistics,



venue setup (seating/AV), and post-event reporting.
- Student Leadership: Mentor the Student Council (Head Boy/Girl, Squad Heads) to foster a sense of ownership and leadership in school activities.
- The "Zero Period" & Assemblies: Oversee the daily "Zero Period" extracurricular slots and high-impact school assemblies, ensuring they are punctual, engaging, and value-driven.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between the Principal, staff, and parents. You will manage PTM logistics and ensure parents are informed via professional newsletters and social media updates.
- Alumni & Community: Build and maintain a thriving Alumni Network through regular engagement and curated events.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Education or Event Management background is a major plus).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in event coordination or school activity management.
- Tech-Savvy: Pro
