Job Summary

The Laboratory Technician (MLT/DMLT) is responsible for collecting, processing, testing, and analyzing patient samples to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. The role requires strict adherence to laboratory protocols, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood, urine, stool, and other biological samples following standard procedures
- Perform routine laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and pathology
- Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment for testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers
- Record, verify, and report test results accurately and timely
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of laboratory areas
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols
- Assist pathologists and senior lab staff as required
- Maintain laboratory records, registers, and documentation




- Ensure compliance with NABL / hospital / regulatory standards (if applicable)

Required Qualifications
- MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology):
- Valid registration/certification (if required by local regulations)

Experience
- Freshers may apply
- 1-3 years of laboratory experience preferred (for experienced roles)

Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures
- Ability to operate lab equipment and analyzers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge and report entry
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Working Conditions
- Hospital / Diagnostic center / Clinical laboratory environment
- Shift duties may be required
- Exposure to biological samples (with safety precautions)

As per industry standards and experience

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per mo
