Role Overview

KIKI is looking for dynamic, fashion-forward Stylists / Sales Representatives to become the face of our premium ethnic wear rental experience.

This role blends fashion styling, customer experience, and sales, ideal for someone who loves fashion, styling, and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Styling & Customer Handling
- Assist customers in selecting outfits based on body type, occasion, and style
- Offer personalized styling advice for weddings, parties, and special events
- Ensure a warm, premium in-store experience

Sales & Conversions
- Drive rentals and sales through excellent customer engagement
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Upsell accessories and add-ons

Display & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain attractive outfit displays and styling sections
- Ensure mannequins, racks,



and store layout are visually appealing
- Keep collections well-organized and presentation-ready

Brand Presentation
- Maintain a polished, stylish personal appearance
- Represent KIKI’s luxury and fashion-forward brand image
- Good-looking, well-groomed, and confident personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and ethnic wear
- Experience in fashion retail or styling preferred
- Ability to engage, influence, and delight customers
