Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed PET bottle filling machines (up to 400 BPM), jar fillers, and carbonators.

Technical Adjustment: Adjust settings for product flow, container types, and capping machinery.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Quality Control: Monitor the downstream packaging process to ensure hygienic and accurate filling.

Troubleshooting: Identify and repair or report machine malfunctions.

Documentation: Maintain daily logs of production, including, if necessary, data entry regarding filled volumes and packaging.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in operating packaging machines (PET/Bottle Filling).

Technical Skills: Knowledge of PLC-based filling machines and automated packaging lines.

Education:



Typically a Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Technical fields.

Physical Ability: Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and willing to work in shifts.

Language: Basic English proficiency (for documentation/communication).
